How to rent our space succesfully
You can follow the steps below to rent our wonderful space. You should make sure that you know everything on the list at the right of this page; it will make the registration process much easier.
Step 1: Check our calendar.
First things first, check our online theater calendar to find a day that is not scheduled. The calendar is located on this website. If you have questions about block scheduling or any event on our calendar, email Patti Samolewicz in our office.
Step 2: Download and complete a building request form.
You must complete a "building request" form, and mail or fax it to the Northampton School Superintendent's office. You can download the form below in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format:
Step 3: Review estimate and send in payment.
When your application has been received, it will be forwarded to our Theater Manager for creation of an estimate. You will be asked to pay 50% of the estimated cost of the event as a downpayment for the event. Please read your estimate carefully! And be sure to call or e-mail the manager with any questions or changes.
